Commissioning a cellular gateway is the moment all the separate pieces - power, antenna, SIM, configuration, and the path to your host - have to work together, and the goal is to leave the site with proof that they do, not a hope. A good commissioning follows a fixed order so nothing is assumed, and it ends with a recorded baseline that turns every future problem into a comparison.
