Accessibility
We want everyone - including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or screen magnification - to be able to use merobix.com. This statement describes what we aim for, what we have done, where we still fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.
Standards we aim for
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim of formal certification or full conformance - accessibility is ongoing, and some content may not yet meet every success criterion.
What we do
- Run automated accessibility checks (axe-core) as part of our quality process.
- Manually review keyboard navigation, visible focus, and color contrast on key templates.
- Use semantic HTML, labelled form fields, descriptive link text, and alternative text on meaningful images.
- Respect the "reduced motion" browser setting for animations and page transitions.
Known limitations
We are aware of areas that may not yet fully meet our target, and we are working on them:
- Third-party content such as embedded YouTube videos and the chat assistant is provided by external tools whose accessibility we do not fully control.
- Some older articles, data tables, and downloadable files may not meet every criterion.
- Automated checks cannot catch every issue; manual coverage is being expanded over time.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site - or need information in a different format - please tell us and we will do our best to help and to fix it. Email [email protected] or call +1 (903) 307-7300. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days.
