Terms of
Service

These terms cover SMS messaging consent, demo scheduling requests, data privacy, and use of Merobix website content.

SMS Consent &
Communications

Effective: August 2026

We send SMS text messages to your mobile number only if you have separately opted in - for example, by checking an SMS-consent box on a contact form or by enabling SMS alerts within your account. Submitting a demo scheduling request through Cal.com does not by itself enroll you in Merobix SMS messaging. Simply providing a phone number for a callback, quote, or account setup also does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging. Where you have opted in, messages may include account, service-alert, support, and operational updates. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

How to
Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enable SMS messages reply START.

How to
Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact us at:

Website Content,
Trademarks & Disclaimers

Informational content, provided "as is"

The articles, guides, comparisons, glossaries, and other educational content on this website are provided for general informational purposes only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Industrial automation and SCADA topics are technical and evolve quickly; content may contain errors or omissions and may become out of date, and it is not engineering, safety, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from the applicable equipment or software vendor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merobix LLC disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on website content.

Third-party names and trademarks

This website refers to third-party companies, products, and services, including for comparison and educational purposes. All third-party product names, company names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and may be trademarks or registered trademarks of those owners. Any such references are made for identification and comparison only (nominative use) and do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those owners. Merobix is an independent company and is not affiliated with the third-party vendors discussed on this site.

Comparisons and competitor information

Comparison, "alternatives," and migration pages describe other products using publicly available information and Merobix's own understanding as of the date shown on each page, and reflect Merobix's opinions and interpretation. Competitor capabilities, editions, licensing, and pricing change over time and vary by version and configuration, so descriptions may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify current details directly with the respective vendor before making a purchasing or migration decision.

Product claims

Statements about Merobix's own platform and services describe our products as generally offered and are subject to your specific agreement, applicable service-level terms, and configuration. Any performance, availability, security, or certification statements apply as described in the applicable contract or documentation and may change as the product evolves.

Demo scheduling requests

Selecting a time and submitting information through the demo scheduler is a meeting request, not a confirmed appointment. Merobix may approve the request, decline it, or propose another time. Do not treat a selected time as confirmed unless you receive a separate meeting confirmation.

The scheduling interface is provided by Cal.com. Information submitted there is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cal.com's Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, network diagrams, live telemetry, confidential or regulated information, or other sensitive operational technology data through the scheduler.
